Privacy Policy
1. Who is responsible
The controller responsible for the processing of personal data in SOLVIBE: PHASE RUNNER (the “Game”), available at https://vibiemod.com, is:

The Game is part of the Solvibe community project (https://www.solvibetoken.com). Please send all privacy requests (access, correction, deletion, objection) to the email address above. Contact details are also listed in the Imprint.
This policy is written with regard to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo.
2. Summary
- The Game uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.
- It loads no third-party fonts or CDNs; all files are served from our own host.
- We only process the data needed to run the Game, its leaderboards, optional purchases and the monthly burn campaign.
- Player names, scores, ranks and wallet addresses on leaderboards are public.
- Blockchain transactions are public and permanent. We cannot alter or erase them.
3. Data we process
3.1 Guest players
You can play without an account. Only if you submit a score as a guest do we store:
- a random guest identifier in the form
guest:<random>; - the player name you choose;
- your scores and the rank title you reached.
3.2 Wallet players
If you connect a Solana wallet, we store a game profile linked to your wallet:
- your public Solana wallet address;
- player name, level, XP and best score;
- revives, ships, selected skin and remaining turbo time;
- purchase records: transaction signature, amount and payment reference.
We never receive or store your private keys, seed phrase or wallet password.
3.3 Monthly burn campaign
For each monthly burn campaign we keep a record of the #1 entry on the ranked board: wallet address, player name, score and the transaction of the corresponding burn.
3.4 Communication
If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer your request.
4. What is publicly visible
The following data is shown publicly in the Game and may be viewed by anyone:
- player names, scores and rank titles on the leaderboards;
- wallet addresses of wallet players on the leaderboards;
- the burn history (wallet address, name and score of the #1 entry, and the burn transaction).
Please do not use your real name or other personal information as your player name.
5. Storage on your device
The Game does not set cookies. It uses only your browser’s localStorage, and only for purposes that are strictly necessary to provide the Game you requested:

This data stays on your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser. Doing so may remove local progress that is not linked to a wallet.
6. Hosting and server logs
The Game is hosted by Railway Corp. (USA), which acts as our processor. When you access the Game, the hosting infrastructure automatically logs technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, your browser’s user agent and the requested URL.
These logs are used to operate the service and to keep it secure, for example to detect and prevent abuse. They are kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.
7. External services
7.1 Solana RPC nodes
To create, send and verify payments, your browser and our server contact public Solana RPC endpoints (api.mainnet-beta.solana.com and solana-rpc.publicnode.com). These providers receive your IP address and the transaction data needed for the request.
7.2 Wallet apps (Phantom, Solflare)
When you choose to connect a wallet, you are transferred to the Phantom or Solflare app or extension. These providers act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We only receive your public wallet address and the transactions you approve.
7.3 Solscan
Some pages contain links to solscan.io so you can inspect transactions. Solscan is contacted only if you click such a link; its own privacy policy then applies.
8. Blockchain data
Payments and burns take place on the public Solana blockchain. Transactions, wallet addresses and amounts are visible to anyone, are permanent, and cannot be altered or erased by us or by anyone else. Your rights to erasure and rectification therefore cannot be applied to on-chain data. They do apply to the copies we store in our own database.

The corresponding legal bases of Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Kosovo apply in the same way. We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making with legal effect, or marketing.
10. Retention
- Profiles and leaderboard entries: kept while the Game is operated, or until you request erasure.
- Purchase records: kept as long as needed to verify purchases and to comply with legal obligations.
- Backups: daily internal backups are kept for 14 days and then deleted.
- Server logs: kept for a limited period set by the hosting provider.
- Emails: kept as long as needed to handle your request.
11. International transfers
Our hosting provider is located in the United States, so data may be processed outside Kosovo and outside the EU/EEA. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable to the provider.
Public blockchain data is replicated worldwide by the nodes of the Solana network; this is outside our control.
12. Your rights
Subject to the applicable law, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data rectified;
- have your data erased (except on-chain data, see section 8);
- restrict processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular the Information and Privacy Agency of the Republic of Kosovo, or the data protection authority in your EU/EEA country of residence.
To exercise your rights, email solvibesvb@gmail.com. For data linked to a wallet, we may ask you to prove ownership of the wallet, for example by signing a message with it, so that we do not disclose or delete another person’s data.
13. Age restriction
The Game is intended only for persons aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly process data of minors. If you believe a minor has provided data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
14. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect stored data. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for the security of your own device and wallet, including your private keys and seed phrase.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Game or the law changes. Material changes are announced in the Game and, where required, you will be asked to accept them again before you continue playing. The version and effective date are shown at the top of this page.
